How do I use the learning hub?

  • How can I see my courses?

    You can view the courses you have been enrolled onto under My Courses. You can also search for courses under All Courses.

  • I am having issues with my account?

    You can speak to your program manager or contact us via the help form below.

  • I am not sure where I am up to?

    If you select My Courses they will be listed from the last one you have accessed.

  • Who will see what I complete?

    We will never share individual course or survey information. We do share broad completions and feedback, but this is completely anonymised.

The four pillars

There are four key pillars to effective and sustainable behavioural change: Recovery, Nutrition, Physical Activity and Wellness Mindset. By directly addressing these areas, you are setting yourself up for success.

  • Nutrition

    Addressing diet and drinking habits are crucial. Stress caused by poor lifestyle management amplifies the impact of work related stress, poor presenteeism and the risk of lifestyle related diseases.

  • Activity

    Exercise is essential to resilience. As well as allowing for restoration and recovery, it is also proven to enable better resilience in psychologically stressful environments.

  • Emotion

    A neuroscience-based & person-centred model leading to sustained mental health and optimal mental performance.

  • Sleep

    The emotional and physical recovery during restful sleep is essential to resilience. Factors which disrupt or support effective sleep therefore need to be understood and applied.
